Renewable Energy Roadmap: Impact assessment
In the context of the recent decision of incorporating a minimum of 10% biofuel by 2020 in total transport fuel use, this analysis aims at assessing the market impact. The main indicators are supply, demand, exports, imports, prices and public stocks as well as land use. The main work is based on an updated baseline of the recently published "Prospects of agricultural markets and income in the European Union 2006-2013" of January 2007.
