The Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) released its 2009 Ethanol Industry Outlook, a document that catalogs the statistics for America’s domestic ethanol industry while providing the most recent, up-to-date facts about the production and use of the renewable fuel. Titled "Growing Innovation", this outlook provides historical and statistical information about the U.S. ethanol industry from gallons produced to bushels of corn utilized. The document also provides easy-to-read charts and graphs highlighting the critical facts about American ethanol production, including water usage, the production and consumption of distillers grains, economic contributions, and environmental benefits of ethanol use.
