KLM effectue le premier vol commercial avec du biocarburant

La compagnie néerlandaise KLM effectue, ce mercredi, le premier vol commercial avec du biocarburant, décrochant ainsi une primeur mondiale, a-t-elle annoncé. Un Boeing 737, avec à son bord 171 passagers, a quitté Schipol peu après midi mercredi, à destination de Paris. "La semaine dernière, nous avions indiqué qu'en septembre, nous assurerons environ 200 vols avec du biocarburant. Aujourd'hui, nous écrivons l'histoire", a déclaré Camiel Eurlings, le directeur de KLM.
